Question: I am Product Manager at food distribution company. We have many international brand in our product range.

How to make good marketing plan? What is the important parameter should be considered?


Answer:

There are two ways to approach this challenge:

One is to figure out which of your products is selling and why. The other is to survey your customers for what characteristics they like best in the products they buy.

You also must determine your target audience and figure out what, when, where and how they buy and want to buy your product. Perhaps you could consider some unconventional ways of selling it - i.e. food is sold through mail order.

Remember that intuition plays a big part in your marketing plan. That is namely a hunch-after all the data is gathered. Observations are still a big factor in getting it right.
